ICANN Contractual Compliance Reporting on Disclosure Request Obligations

On 21 August 2025, the Registration Data Policy became effective, which establishes new requirements for ICANN-accredited registrars and generic top-level domain (gTLD) registry operators related to processing requests for disclosure of non-public registration data.

To illustrate historical trends over time, the reports below will be published as a 12-month rolling series, updated every month, and will focus on complaints received and addressed under the requirements.

September 2025 will remain the starting date for these reports until 12 months have passed (August 2026).
